Middle Division School Supplies

**PLEASE WRITE NAMES ON SUPPLIES**

School Supplies: 

• 2 Packs of plain yellow #2 Ticonderoga Pencils 
• 1 pack of Dry Erase Markers 
• 3 Folders (various colors) 
• 1 pack of dividers (8 tabs) 
• 1 zipper binder 
• 2 large glue sticks 
• 1 (24pk) of crayola crayons 
• 1 pack of colored pencils 
• 1 pack of highlighters 
• 1 pair of kid’s scissors 
• 1 pencil box 
• 1 box of facial tissues 
• 1 container of Clorox Wipes 
• 1 box of Ziploc Bags (either gallon or sandwich) 

Additional Items: 

• P.E. Uniform (please refer to the School Uniform Dress Code) 
• P.E. Sneakers – these should be non scuff soles. (These can be kept at school and students will change into them for P.E. class). 
• Swimsuit, Towel, and Goggles – for swimming class. 
• Rubber Boots / Hiking Boots – These shoes will be kept at school and used for rainy days and science class hikes. 
• Water Bottle with extra water (if your child gets thirsty) 
• A change of clothes (will be kept at school and used if needed for any reason).
