After school care & clubs
Pilot offers students a variety of clubs, sports, and activities to get involved with after school.
Clubs
We offer a variety of after-school clubs, led by both Pilot faculty and outside organizations. Club offerings change three times a year, and run for 8-10 week sessions. Questions about after-school clubs should be directed to Diane Daley at [email protected]. Some common after-school clubs are below.

After School Care
Kids Club is an extended day program to keep children engaged in a more relaxed environment than the standard school day. Our program runs 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM daily. During this time, children have time to work on their homework and have a snack, as well as time to explore different activities and socialize with their friends. Our practices reflect that of The Pilot School as we work to meet children where they are, while providing a supportive yet challenging environment to help them achieve learning and socializing to their full potential.
Daily Schedule:
Our schedule will always consist of a snack upon arrival and some time outdoors or in the gym, weather dependent. This provides children with some much needed decompression time after a day of learning. The children will also have some quiet time to focus on their homework as well as time to choose from a variety of activities such as LEGO building, pretend play sets (such as dollhouses and dinosaurs), board games, and exploring different art mediums. Our goal is to give the children a sense of independence while keeping them engaged.
The schedule listed is considered an outline of our daily activities and allows for flexibility.
