The Value of a Pilot Education
Choosing a school for your child is not just an academic decision. It’s a long-term investment in their growth, confidence, and future. At The Pilot School, that investment yields a uniquely tailored education that meets your child where they are and helps them get where they’re meant to go.
Our specialized model is designed for learners who thrive with personalized attention, targeted intervention, and a team of experts surrounding them each day. While traditional school settings may focus on accommodations, Pilot focuses on transformation. What does that look like in practice? The table below outlines the key differences—and the true value—of a Pilot education.

What That Investment Looks Like
The Pilot School’s tuition for the 2025–2026 school year is $43,260. This is an all-inclusive tuition model—there are no additional programmatic, material, or therapeutic fees. Every student receives the services and supports they need, at the frequency and intensity that’s right for them. Your child’s needs may evolve throughout the year, and at Pilot, support evolves with them—without unexpected add-on costs.
More than 50% of Pilot families receive financial aid, and all families who qualify receive some level of assistance. Aid is awarded through the School and Student Services platform; be sure to reference Pilot School Code #5784 when applying. For more guidance, please see our Pilot 2025-2026 Tuition Aid and Instructions. Tips for Completing the SSS Financial Aid Application.
In some instances, expenses incurred by attendance at The Pilot School may be treated as medical deductions by the IRS. We encourage families to consult with their tax advisor to explore this option.
All deposits and tuition payments are made through Your Tuition Solution, our tuition management partner. For families exploring educational loans, Your Tuition Solution, offered by Springstone Financial, is available at (800) 920-9777.
