The Leadership in Training (LIT) program is designed for rising 6th-8th graders, and blends skill-building, mentorship and classic summertime activites. Designed for students eager to grow as leaders, the LIT program consists of three key components: Formal Leadership Training, Learning Through Service , and Traditional Camp Fun.

Leaders in Training…

Develop a Sense of Responsibility: LITs assist with camp activities, engaging with younger campers, helping with set up and clean up, and organizing transitions.
Learn New Leadership Skills: LITs learn from guest speakers and participate in interactive leadership sessions.
Benefit from Mentorship: LITs will be paired with experienced counselors for guidance.
Have Fun in LIT-Only Activities: LITS take part in exclusive games, team challenges, and camp adventures.
Produce an End-of-Camp Project: LITs will organize and lead a special event.
Receive Certificates & Awards: Each LIT will receive a certificate upon completion.

Pricing:

$525 per week

$2,550 for all 5 weeks
